Fenix Features Media’s Rize program is a breakthrough skill development program for final year University and TAFE students and recent graduates driven to hit the ropes and soak up experience (and a film, telly or media credit along the way).

Our internships, placements, traineeships and attachments are designed to give Australian students and recent graduates the education and access needed to fast-track their careers in the screen, digital content, communications and broadcast industries.

Fenix Features Media offers a range of industry streams across professional internships, work placements, traineeships and attachments. What makes us unique is that students and graduates can enrol in more than one phase of production in a given year.

RIZE: INTERNSHIPS AND TRAINEESHIPS PROGRAM

Here, students and recent graduates can apply for positions that fall within the 3 phases of Film, TV and Media content production i.e. development, production and post production.

Ideal candidates for this program are University and TAFE graduates or soon to be graduates who would like an initial dip into areas they intend to explore professionally.

The program is competitive, and Fenix Features Media recruits the best candidates after a shortlisting process. From time to time, students will be offered mentoring sessions by International Award Winning creatives and industry executives.

RIZE: PROFESSIONAL AND WORK PLACEMENTS

These placements serve to assist University or TAFE students who are required to complete a minimum number of hours of professional placement as part of their degree/course.

Those who are provided with professional placements and work placements will be covered by Fenix Features Media insurance and placement paperwork.

These placements are more hands on than the internships and traineeships program and are designed to get you thinking, problem solving and ready to face what comes your way from an early stage with empathetic mentors who have been where you are when they first started.
